Issue No 2
Note to Self
A dive into the inner monologues of four world-class human beings. All at different stages of life.
At the Front
Made It Moments
What does it mean to make it? This issue’s lens into the self-talk of world-class performers makes me think it’s a series of moments, not a permanent state of mind.
On the Cover
Don’t Believe The Hype
Am I great? The world seems to say I am. I only realized the potential of my gifts when I turned to help others. There’s a story there, I think, but not one our world is comfortable telling.
Inside the Issue
StarterThe Audacity
A close friend once told me to run fully to something that fulfills an absence as opposed to running away from something causing distress.
Main CourseWhac-A-Mole: An Entrepreneur’s Reality
This isn’t a rant against entrepreneurship. Rather, a rant against going into it too early or for the wrong reasons.
DessertMy Future Doesn’t Exist
Sixty years from now, the only person who will remember how many weekends I worked will be my spouse, not my boss.
